At the highest level, you’ll:
Serve as the lead and primary point of contact for consumer, civil rights, housing counseling, legal aid, community-based, and other nonprofit groups. Initiates and maintains ongoing and proactive communication with all such stakeholders. In conjunction with Regional Strategist and Public Engagement leadership, assess gaps in current outreach strategy and identifies new and innovative outreach opportunities.
But, if you’re reading this, you’ll probably qualify at a lower level, and be trained how to do that. To qualify at the lowest level, you need to demonstrate one year of experience:
- maintaining communication, outreach and engagement strategies for the dissemination of information to internal and external audiences; AND
- drafting written and oral communication materials such as fact sheets, pre-meeting briefing materials, talking points and other informational products concerning consumer programs and activities; AND
- making presentations.
You might also have a PhD which gives you insight into this, though! And you can qualify there (if you have a PhD, you have definitely done the following, just might be missing the “consumer programs and activities” part - but maybe not! depends on your research, right?). The KSAs are:

I definitely forgot this museum even existed.
The employee plans and manages all essential aspects of complex exhibition projects and other public spaces from approved concept, design and development, gallery preparation, fabrication, installation, operations, and project closeout. . .
And they would like to know that you have one year of museum exhibit work or a related PhD:
This experience includes collaborating on exhibit projects at various phases including at least two of the following areas: design/development, gallery preparation, fabrication/installation. Experience includes assisting with the acquisition of exhibit assets including at least three of the following: graphics material; collection objects; non-collection objects; loaned artifacts; artworks; exhibit props; audio-visual material; or other exhibit media that enhanced exhibit story lines. . . .

In addition to eligibility for a Top Secret clearance, they want to know that you have the following qualifications:
1. Demonstrated formal editing experience, including an intermediate knowledge of copyediting, highly developed grammar and writing skills, and familiarity with and ability to use style and usage guides.
2. Demonstrated experience in critical thinking/problem identification and analysis, initiative, quality control, and creativity in problem solving.
3. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with customers/authors and colleagues within the production/publication process.
4. Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage work time, adapt quickly to changing needs, and track and complete projects across varying stages of development.
You need a degree in something English-y. They’d also quite like:
1. Demonstrated knowledge of the GEOINT mission and related intelligence products, processes, and classification and sourcing guidelines.
2. Experience in JIRA, SharePoint, Web development, Adobe Creative Suite, and other production/knowledge management, design, and dissemination software tools.
3. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and professional communication skills, both written and oral.
The technical stuff might be hard to come by, but we’ve all got #3. I can’t find a link to the questionnaire, though.
Digital Projects Coordinator • Library of Congress • December 8, 2021
This is a Mellon position for the American Folklife Center:
The initiative, Of the People: Widening the Path, creates new opportunities for more people to engage with the Library, thus weaving a more inclusive American story. This work will expand the Library’s efforts to ensure that a diversity of experiences is reflected in our historical record and inform how we use those materials to understand our past. . . .
The incumbent coordinates implementation of digital preservation and access initiatives associated with the Library’s Of the People initiative and facilitates the integration of these digital materials with traditional library services. Individually and in collaboration with division, IT, and digital media experts, the incumbent coordinates program components that include project workflows, new digital content policies, metadata and standards for content development, and new models for information access and delivery. The incumbent serves as a digital content manager for the division, and is responsible for staying up to date on best practices in digital archival management and the use of approved digital inventory systems. . . .

This is a Liaison Specialist position for the Program Coordination and Communication Section of the Veterans History Project (VHP). The congressionally mandated project collects, preserves, and make accessible first-hand accounts of US veterans who served from World War I through the recent conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The specialist assists the Supervisory Liaison Specialist in publicizing, coordinating, implementing, and assessing the project. The incumbent works with a moderate level of autonomy to ensure a coherent planning, collection, archiving, and educational use of a vast number of narratives and histories documenting crucial first-hand experiences in the nation's history. . . .
Sounds interesting! The KSAs/qualifications are:

Research Librarian (Government and Finance) • Congressional Research Services (LOC) • December 12, 2021
The Congressional Research Service (CRS) seeks a Research Librarian for the Government & Finance Division (G&F). This position will provide research and library services to CRS colleagues and congressional clients in areas covered by G&F, such as appropriations, budgeting, Congress, cybersecurity, economic policy, elections, emergency management, executive and judicial branch oversight, financial services, grants, legislative process, and public finance. . . .
The Government and Finance (G&F) Division's work focuses on how the three branches of government are organized, managed, and funded. This includes the organization, structure, operations and management of Congress, the executive and judicial branches; the congressional budget and appropriations process, the legislative process and congressional history; and issues related to American federalism, elections, emergency management, community development, and homeland security. Financial issues covered include banking, financial institutions, insurance, securities, taxation, public finance, fiscal and monetary policy, public debt, and economic impacts of tax and budget policy. The division also covers entities with unique government responsibilities such as the Census Bureau, Federal Reserve, Postal Service, and FEMA. . . .
You can see a more detailed breakdown of the position. They encourage people with MLIS or equivalent experience to apply, and specifically mention colleges and universities. They also want experience presenting information - that is, teaching or speaking at conferences.
The qualifications, as is usual with LOC positions, are more like KSAs and you will need to supply a narrative for the:
